- Exchange and Return in Saudi Arabia:

3. Replaced products are not exchangeable or refundable.

- International Exchange & Return Policy:
1. In the event that the wrong product reaches the buyer/consumer, you will bear all shipping costs for the replacement and return of the product.
2. The buyer/consumer must check the size before buying, and to make sure, you can click on the sizes page.
3. There may be customs duties or taxes in some countries, but Trendy does not bear any other costs.
4. Trendy does not bear the shipping costs in the event that Trendy buyer/consumer wants to return or exchange the product for reasons other than the mentioned reasons such as size or change of opinion, so the buyer/consumer must check the sizes and the product.
1. In the event that a return or exchange policy is issued and sent to the customer, the product must be delivered to the shipping company within 48 hours as a maximum period, and if delivery is not made within this period, the exchange or return will be canceled.
2. After receiving the defective order trend, the order is reviewed first, then the product is carefully examined and made sure that there is no objection to replacement or return, and after confirmation, the amount is returned or the product is replaced within 1-7 days.
3. When replacing the product with another, the buyer/consumer bears the shipping fee of 29 riyals, and in the event that the product is returned, the shipping fee of 29 riyals will be deducted.
